Milan
Milan is in northern Italy, just south of the Alps, near the Como and
Maggiore lakes. It's one of Europe's richest cities. It's also one of

shops, galleries and up-market restaurants. The pace of life is
generally a lot faster than other Italian cities.
Turin
The city of Turin is in the northeast of Italy, between the Po River
and the foothills of the Alps. It's a major cultural centre packed
with fascinating museums, top class Italian restaurants and stylish
designer shops. You'll see some interesting examples of Baroque
architecture here along with many craft shops, arcades and historic
cafes.
Bologna
Bologna, in northern Italy is the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region.
It's well known for its astonishing beauty, wealth and superb cuisine.
Bologna is also home to one of Europe's oldest universities.The
streets are lined with beautiful arcades and surrounded by attractive
squares with typically Italian buildings and idyllic porticoes. One of

Venice
Venice is the capital of the Veneto region. The city itself is a
fascinating - it's completely unique, like nowhere else in the world.
It was founded more than 1,500 years ago on 117 different islands. The
best way to get around is by boat! It's a series over 150 canals, 400
bridges and many ancient pavements. The buildings rest upon oak and
pine posts that are driven deep into the ground to create a solid
foundation. Apparently, as the soil is waterlogged there is no free
oxygen so the piles don't decay
Florence
Florence is the capital of Tuscany. It's an incredible city with a
stunning natural beauty and inspirational history.It's also one of the
most important Renaissance architectural towns in Italy. The Duomo and
Bapistry are simply magnificent, as is the large Piazza. Then there's
the Medici palaces and gardens.
