Throughout Italy on every table, you can find pasta.
It is
an easy dish to cook, and because of its thousands of shapes (spaghetti,
maccheroni, farfalle, fusilli, perciatelli…), it is always very
different.
It is
flavoured in many different ways; traditional or more imaginative, quick
or time-consuming, meat based or fish, seafood, vegetables , or simply with the classic tomato sauce, which makes everyone
happy.
The
natural addition to almost all recipes is parmesan, but, be careful, do
not use it in fish based sauces.
