All Saints Day is the most popular Autumn festival, all over Italy, that is on 1st November and the following Day is devoted to the dead.
People go and visit cemeteries, where relatives are buried, to decorate graves with flowers and lights.
In the evening, while saying the Holy beats, people eat chest nuts and typical sweet food. Famous tales are told to children.
Martorana fruit (with almond paste), dead sweet food (fave), quince flowers, dead bones, brad for dead, all these are typical names that people imagination gave to these sweets.
